Vitor Diniz, AScT, P.L.Eng.

President

A BCIT graduate, Vitor has over a decade of experience in the civil construction field in the Lower Mainland and other parts of BC and AB. His education and experience bring an important perspective to each project. In addition to founding and presiding over different business, Vitor has produced hundreds of TMPs in his career.

Nolan Empringham, C.Tech, rcji.

Certified Technician

With 4 years of experience in the civil engineering field in both municipal transportation design and ICI contract administration. Experience in construction projects across Ontario, Nova Scotia and British Columbia.

Mihaela Radu, P.Eng.

Professional Engineer

Mihaela holds a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering , registered with Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia (EGBC), and Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists Alberta (APEGA). She has over 25 years of experience in construction, with focus on bridges and roadways, acquired in the consulting engineering industry and the fabrication of steel and concrete construction elements.

Jerome Gonsalves-Akers

Associate member of OACETT

Civil engineering professional with 5 years of experience, including geotechnical field services, municipal water and sanitary design, and construction traffic management. Skilled in delivering practical, efficient infrastructure solutions through a blend of field and design expertise.
