Torrent Traffic has a combined total of 26 years of experience in the civil construction field and preparing traffic management plans for municipalities in the Lower Mainland and throughout BC, and we now proudly extend our services into Alberta to better service our clients.

A BCIT graduate, Vitor has over 16 years of experience in the civil construction field in the Lower Mainland and other parts of BC.

With 4 years of experience in the civil engineering field in both municipal transportation design and ICI contract administration. Experience in construction projects across Ontario, Nova Scotia and British Columbia.
