Vitor Diniz, AScT, P.L.Eng.
President
A BCIT graduate, Vitor has over a decade of experience in the civil construction field in the Lower Mainland and other parts of BC. His education and experience bring an important perspective to each project. In addition to founding and presiding over different business, Vitor has produced hundreds of TMPs in his career.
Tony Diniz, P.Eng.
Vice-President
With over 16 years of experience preparing traffic management plans for Ministry projects as well as municipalities throughout BC. His reputation and experience in the industry is an asset for the company and for each project produced by Torrent.
